The waste management consortium COR (www.consorciresidus.org) has awarded Ecocomputer S.L. the contract for the supply and installation of a software to manage its household recycling centres network. In this context, Ecocomputer S.L. is implementing its ACTAIS® Waste solution for the access control and waste management in the COR household recycling centres network.
Deployment of the software, which will occur in the coming weeks, will be held in all facilities, and it will allow users to identify their visits by his national identity document, thus registering the types and amount of waste to be deposited, that it may subsequently affect a reduction of the payment of the COR waste tax.
With ACTAIS® Waste system, COR will manage a network of 36 household recycling centres (24 fixed installations, and 11 mobile ones).
As part of the contract, the COR household recycling centres staff have started the training period on the application called "Meu environmental compte", developed by Ecocomputer based on ACTAIS® Waste.
The COR staff will be specifically trained in ACTAIS® Waste Mobile application. Through a smartphone, this application will allow Cor household recycling centres staff to manage both the identification of visitors, and the classification of the elements they will deposit.
