Ecocomputer has installed the access control and time&attendance systems at Fundación Hospital de Avilés, through its own development platform ACTAIS®.
In the area of time&attendance, we have implemented the ACTAIS® TA module in combination with several fingerprint and card terminals. This system allows compliance with the new law that obliges companies to keep track of their employees' working hours. In addition, the Employee Portal has been implemented, whose main benefit is to reduce the time, bureaucracy and costs associated with the traditional processes of absence applications.
In the area of access control, we have implemented the ACTAIS® AC module in combination with a renewal of elements in the access road. That includes a new barrier and photocell, a new card reader and a new traffic light. Because it is the same platform, employees will use the same card for access with vehicle and at indoor time&attendance terminals.
