Pilot-project for installation of ACTAIS® Waste at Garbiker

The Bizkaia Government, through the company Garbiker, has relied on Ecocomputer S.L. for the supply and installation of a software to manage its household recycling centres network.

In the first phase (pilot project), Ecocomputer S.L. will implement its ACTAISâ Waste solution for access control and waste management in 5 household recycling centres (Markina, Durango, Mungia, Getxo and Santurtzi).

Deployment of the software will allow users to identify their visits by his national identity document, thus registering the types and amount of waste to be deposited.

As part of the project, the household recycling centres staff have been specifically trained in ACTAISâ Waste Mobile application. Through a smartphone, this application will allow the household recycling centres staff to manage both the identification of visitors, and the classification of the elements they will deposit.
