Ecocomputer is awarded with 2 contracts for the implementation of ACTAIS® TA, its time and attendance and workforce management solution.

In March, Ecocomputer was awarded with two important contracts for the implementation of its ACTAIS® TA solution for time and attendance, and workforce management.

ACTAIS® TA has been the solution chosen by both ITVASA - Inspección Técnica de Vehiculos Asturias S.A. (Asturias) as well as by the City Council of Pilar de la Horadada (Alicante) to establish the time&attendance of its employees and digitize the human resource management processes. This will allow both entities a significant reduction in terms of time and cost.

Between both projects, more than 40 terminals (fingerprint and card) will be installed, and the personnel management processes for more than 500 employees will be digitized (planning, schedules and shifts, absence management, etc.). In addition, through the Employee Portal, employees are incorporated into the process and the flow of applications is fully digitized, reducing time, bureaucracy and paper.
