In June, Ecocomputer was awarded with three important contracts for the implementation of its ACTAIS® TA solution for time and attendance, and workforce management.

ACTAIS® TA has been the solution chosen by Fundación Marqués de Valdecilla (Cantabria), Ayuntamiento de Rocafort (Valencia) and Concello de Silleda (Pontevedra), to establish the time&attendance of its employees and digitize the human resource management processes. This will allow both entities a significant reduction in terms of time and cost.

As a result, more than 20 terminals (fingerprint and card) will be installed, and the personnel management processes for more than 500 employees will be digitized (planning, schedules and shifts, absence management, etc.). In addition, through the Employee Portal, employees are incorporated into the process and the flow of applications is fully digitized, reducing time, bureaucracy and paper.
